Staffed station
from ~$5,000
Typical starting point for a fully staffed live DTF station at a local Southern California event — equipment, crew, transfer production, and standard garments for a mid-size guest list.
Pricing
Every event is quoted individually, but you deserve real numbers before a sales call. Here are the anchors we quote from and exactly what pushes a price up or down.

$250/hr
Crew time is billed per hour and includes setup, live pressing, breaks coverage, and teardown — not just the hours doors are open.
$900 flat
Events outside Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego — including Las Vegas — carry a flat travel fee. Local OC/LA/SD events skip it entirely.
The levers
More guests means more presses and operators to keep the wait short. A 200-person, 3-hour reception prices very differently than an 8-hour, 2,000-person festival day.
A Gildan tee, a Bella+Canvas 3001, and a performance polyester jersey are three different blank costs. We'll show options at each tier — or you supply approved blanks and pay only for pressing.
Because transfers print in full color, adding designs costs far less than adding screens ever would. A 10-design menu is normal for us; we'll advise where variety stops adding value.
Hat bars, UV DTF hard goods, engraving, and personalization menus each add equipment and crew. Bundling two stations usually beats booking two vendors.
